This Privacy Policy explains how XAMPION UK LTD handles information in connection with the Android application Xampion Estate Realty, distributed under the package name uk.co.xampionestate.holdings.realti.lot.xamest.

Xampion Estate Realty is a local, spatial-first property zone readiness mapper. It allows users to create, manage and export on-device maps, zone statuses and notes, and planning action packs.

The application is built to operate locally on the device. The core workflow does not require an account and does not depend on a company-operated backend or on routine transmission of your content to the developer.

Information Held on Your Device

The app stores the material you create as local app content on the Android device. This content is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow.

If you choose to type notes, addresses, reference numbers or any other details into your zones or projects, that local content may contain personal information. Whether it does is entirely a matter of what you decide to enter or attach.

Storage, Deletion and Local Controls

Local app content is kept in the application's own storage area on the device. It is not duplicated into a company account, because the app has no account system.

The app provides controls to delete an individual saved project and to clear all local app data. You can also remove local app data through Android device settings, or by uninstalling the application. Export files that you have already saved elsewhere are unaffected by those actions and remain wherever you placed them.

Exporting and User-Initiated External Actions

Export is an optional feature. Where you use it, the app hands the file or summary to Android system actions so that you can save, copy or pass it on, and this happens only when you initiate it.

The app may also open a browser or the Android share sheet when you select such an option. Those external services are operated by others and handle information under their own privacy practices.

What the App Does Not Provide

Xampion Estate Realty does not require login or account registration, does not process payments, does not offer subscriptions and does not provide monetisation features. There is no cloud synchronisation of your projects and no company-side storage of them.

Important Use Notice

The app is a planning and organisational tool for property readiness and zone mapping. Outputs are generated from the observations and entries you supply, and they vary accordingly.

Nothing produced by the app is legal advice, a surveying report, a compliance certificate, a valuation, an insurance assessment, financial advice, or a safety or regulatory determination. It does not replace formal professional, legal, regulatory, safety or certification processes, and it should not be relied on as if it did.

How Long Data Is Kept

Local project data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's local data, or uninstall the application. Because the developer does not receive it as part of the core workflow, there is no separate company retention period for it. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

Keeping Local Data Secure

Local app content stays within the application's storage on the device and is not held on company servers. The security of that content therefore depends largely on the device itself.

Protecting the device, for example with the screen lock you configure and by keeping the operating system up to date, remains your responsibility, as does looking after any copy you export or share.

Your Rights in the United Kingdom and the EEA

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including rights of access, correction, erasure and restriction, to the extent those rights apply to personal data that is processed. Availability depends on the circumstances and on whether personal data is processed by the company at all.

Because project content is held locally, the quickest way to exercise control over it is on the device, using the app's own delete controls, Android device settings, or uninstalling the application. If you contact the company by email, the company receives your email address and whatever your message contains, and you may use that route to raise a question about how the company handles your correspondence.

Children's Privacy

Xampion Estate Realty is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If information of that kind is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or otherwise address the situation.

Updates to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the app or in applicable requirements. When it is revised, the date shown at the top of the document is updated accordingly, and the current version is the one that applies.
