Every security we list is tied to a real UK property asset, and we tell you which one before you trade.
The idea came from watching how difficult it is for most people to buy a stake in UK property. Saving a deposit takes years, and buying a single building ties up everything you have in one place. Securities let you take a smaller position and sell it when you choose. That flexibility matters, and it is why we built a platform around trading rather than long-term landlord duties.
We keep the process simple. You open an account, complete the identity checks, and fund it. Then you browse the securities available, read the summary for each one, and arrange a trade when you are ready. We show the arrangement fee up front and confirm the total before anything is taken. There is no jargon and no pressure to act quickly.
Risk sits at the centre of what we do. Property values move, rents change, and securities can fall as well as rise. We do not hide that. Our pages set out the main risks, and our team is happy to talk through how a particular security works. If something is not right for you, we will say so.
